Service Representative 
Based in Singapore

Position Summary 
The candidate should possess order administration and warehousing experience with the ability to multi-task and have a high level of integrity and commitment towards serving various customers’ needs in a responsive and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service operation and administrative support to the direct field service team such as order process management, warranty process & contract management, inventory management, forwarder management and purchasing activities to fulfill customer satisfaction.
• Process, monitor and update inventory orders and delivery status to customers.
• Perform receipt and issue of inbound/outbound shipment. (This includes physical checks such as quantity, condition of inventory, system receipt and put to location).
• Coordinate with forwarder on local and export delivery arrangement to fulfill order.
• Manage inventory room to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Track and follow up on the status of inventory drawn out by Service.
• Assist Team Lead or Manager as and when is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse and service order management/order processing/administrator work experience.
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Science/Engineering/Supply Chain discipline.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Team player, friendly and positive attitude with high level of initiative.
• Strong decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast paced environment with tight timeline.
• IT Savvy and Knowledge in SAP R3, SAP B1 hana, MS Office, WMS or Microsoft Solomon.
