Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Partner to join their finance function for 12 months.

Role Overview
This role will focus on financial analysis, interpretation, and decision support to commercial function heads as well as internal and external corporate reporting. One of the key attributes required to perform this role successfully will be an ability to quickly develop strong relationships.

The role will, along with other business partners, be a prime user of financial information contained within the financial accounting records and operational information resources to analyse, interpret, and explain business trends and from this to drive forecasting, budgeting and to trigger more fundamental discussions around efficiency and optimisation.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Monthly preparation of business and cost centre reports
  • Analysis, interpretation and explanation of trends and variances
  • Support to, and in some cases, preparation of monthly narrative reports
  • Compilation of monthly management and shareholder reporting packs
  • Support and management of the annual budget process, regular reforecasts and 5 year forward looking plan

  • Support to partner functions in analyses of capital expenditure
  • Driving partner functions in identifying and action regarding opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Ad hoc exercises or projects
  • Active participation in the month end and year- end financial close process and in the financial audit as required

    Main Responsibilities

    • · Work closely with Production team and local Finance team to verify the reasonability of inventory movement report and prepare production OVH allocation sheet according to the accounting policy
