Finance Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• 
  · Work closely with Production team and local Finance team to verify the reasonability of inventory movement report and prepare production OVH allocation sheet according to the accounting policy
• · Forecasting and reporting

o Draft the P&L/Cash/BS forecast for each period (pre BUD/BUD/LE1/LE2) and for the PMT by working with Marketing Team of the trading company and local production team and preparing the forecasting  supporting files

o Feeds the finalized forecast reporting in Topaz and Syrus (P&L/Cash/BS) for each period and for the PMT

• 
  · Controlling and analysis

o Assist preparing actual vs. budget comparison on a monthly basis and identify the risks and opportunities by challenging the team on major variances.

o Assisting the setup and implementation of control flows in SAP B1 Pricing.  

o Be responsible for performing Risk Assessment and testing design & implementation and operation effectiveness of related internal controls over processes such as financial reporting, payment, treasury, revenue, cost, CAPEX, etc.

o Assist establishing and maintaining a sound environment of company-wide businesses, operations and related financial controls in accordance with E&W/MH/LVMH’s requirements e.g. establishing and maintaining SOP, DoA, control matrix and etc. according to E&W/MH/LVMH’s required processes and procedures.

o Identification of areas for improvement of various processes.

o Maintenance of local policy and procedures and communication of updates.

o Maintenance of internal control documentation (e.g. SOP, DoA, Control Matrix), user access and segregation of duties resolution.

Profile:

-University graduate in Finance & Accounting with recognized professional accounting qualification.

- Good Chinese & English communication skills.

- Relevant working experience of accounting analysis, experience in auditing preferred

- Good working knowledge of rules PRC GAAP and IFRS and taxation PRC and Strong PC skills

- Familiar with SAP system is a plus

- Good planning skill
